In recent years, much importance has been attached to disciplined translator training,which usually comprises the classroom training and the real-world project-based training.The classroom training is designed to help the trainees master the basic principles andskills in translation while the real-world project-based training attempts to provide thetrainees with opportunities to develop problem solutions. This thesis discusses thedifferences between the two forms of training as well as their interconnections.
