Nowadays, inviting European and American preschool education experts to China to give lectures becomes an effective way for Chinese preschool education learning western advanced education idea and method. But some certain professional concepts attached to westerner culture can hardly be understood by oriental people. Listeners do not have equivalent cultural information with trainers when referring to certain concepts. At this time, on-site training interpreters have assumed an important role of a bridge.Citing an interpreting project of Nanjing DEMAY Education Group preschool education training as the starting point, the author has analyzed the obstacles in interpreting of preschool education training, and seek the conclusive concept and methods to improve, even to provide solutions for interpreting obstructions caused by preschool educational concepts differences between two countries. In the process of the project, some professional vocabularies appearing in English forms often can not directly use the corresponding Chinese expression to describe. Even for traditional Chinese education, these certain vocabularies represent completely new concepts. This will cause great difficulties for audiences to understand. However the author found that the understanding of certain professional concepts strengthened significantly after interpreter had paraphrased and restructured these concepts and vocabularies. This project report mainly discusses the difficulties arose from on-site interpreting and coping strategies. One of the core parts---the main strategies includes:First, Addition---to amplify some of the professional concepts so that the amount of attached information could be added in to reach a better effect of understanding; Second, Summary---when the trainer delivers a concept without using a particular word or short expression, but give amount of information, the interpreter can summarize it into simple form to make the concept clear; Third, Paraphrase and Reorganization---for some peculiar concepts originate from local regions, interpreter needs not translate word by word stiffly, but changes or substitutes for the information of concepts lying in Chinese habit or common life.
