In the socio-economic development conditions, the development of livelihood activities in the country and the fundamental purpose of the community. Livelihood issues is uncoordinated distribution of social benefits and value of the performance. Since the founding of Mao Zedong as the representative of generations of leaders, and attention has been concerned about people’s livelihood, to solve problems and improve the livelihood of the people’s livelihood has been exploring different and made a series of thoughtful nature of ideology, the practice has accumulated a wealth of livelihood experience. In this paper, the use of "Literature Review Law,""comparative analysis","logical and historical unity" and other research methods, the founding party of ideas and exploration of the livelihood system of the sort, and an attempt to summarize the basic experience and useful revelation.Specific logical framework of this article are as follows: First, the history of the Chinese Communist Party ideological basis of livelihood analyzes the livelihood of the Chinese Communist Party Theoretical sources of livelihood are described throughout the Chinese revolution and construction of a main line, the people’s livelihood problems is the people’s fundamental pursuit. Secondly, an overview of the early days of livelihood issues are outlined, summed up the difficulty of building the people’s livelihood, long-term, urgent and contradictory. Again, with emphasis on the represented by Mao Zedong’s Chinese communists in the early days for the different time taken to solve the livelihood problems of different measures.Finally, a comprehensive survey of China in the early days of exploration on livelihood issues, based on the summed up the historical experience of the people’s livelihood practices and contemporary values.
