Bilingual education is currently multinational state generally have some educationsystem, our government has been actively in the minority area to carry out bilingualeducation". Bilingual education for minority nationality students growth anddevelopment of minority area, political, economic and cultural development, to" thepluralistic integration of the Chinese nation" the thought form, to the Chinese nationalculture identity of the establishment of the core value system, to the National People’srealization of the goal of common prosperity, and to the harmonious society’sconstruction plays an important role. In the implementation of bilingual education andadvance the process, a lot of factors affecting and restricting the effectiveness ofbilingual education, and the bilingual teaching ability of teachers is the key. Onbilingual teaching research is helpful for promoting ethnic bilingual teaching quality,promote the development of bilingual education.This study taking the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Kashi area as anexample, the kindergarten in Kashi, primary school, middle school and high schoolfor more than a month of bilingual teachers’ teaching ability the present situation andproblems of the investigation, and the preparation of teachers questionnaire, thevarious stages of the110bilingual teachers were investigated with a questionnaire, towhich the20teachers were interviews, about three teachers made a case study, andaudit a class and classroom lectures do classroom observation record.Study found that, in the Uygur and Han Bilingual Teaching Course of thefollowing problems: Uighur bilingual teachers of ethnic cultural identity is not strong;teachers on Uighur bilingual teachers should have the quality of teachers is not clear;on Uighur bilingual teaching ability of teachers lack of awareness; Uighur bilingualteaching ability should be improved; some restricting factors of bilingual teachers’teaching ability and development; Uighur bilingual teachers need professionaldevelopment; on Uighur bilingual teaching ability of teachers training is not in place.The study also found that, in bilingual teachers’ teaching ability factors thedeconstruction and analysis process, teachers’ application of Chinese teachers’teaching ability and has the extremely remarkable difference, and the teachers’position showed very significant difference, and teachers’ bilingual teaching time, teacher education, teaching grades doing single factor analysis of variance, found thatthere were no significant differences between the.Based on the above research, this article for the bilingual teaching ability ofteachers cultivation and promotion put forward some corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions, in order to make the bilingual teachers adapt to the new period, newcondition, new bilingual education under the background of development, the finaltrain qualified, good, satisfactory bilingual teachers.
