The paper Explore the basic question of the valuation of the soil sites in Xinjiang,because of that it takes the natural and social environment of Xinjiang as research background,under Xinjiang specific ecological characteristics of the environment and human settlementsand analysis and investigation of soil sites.The paper have assessed the complexity of the object explicitly, and the breadth of thesubject and professional, and the importance of the content and score. It is a key issue that forestablishing a valuation model of soil sites in Xinjiang of the assessment content and score.Their determination is based on the literature study, questionnaire study, empirical research,research methods and the full system re-use classification, comparison and conclusion of theInternational Covenant Charter, national laws and regulations as well as domestic and foreignexperts and scholars to research-based. The author summarizes, summarized, extracted fromthe valuation standards of soil sites in Xinjiang region of china, the historical value, artisticvalue, scientific value, social value and emotional value of the five major types of value.Quantitative evaluation and qualitative assessment of two different angles to conduct acomprehensive assessment of the value of the soil sites, drawn in line with the valuation of theXinjiang soil sites model, the soil site protection concept development and heritage with thelocal natural and cultural environment of harmony and unity.Finally, empirical research papers, the most famous sites of Jiaohe, Xinjiang, forexample, a comprehensive display of the results of the soil sites in Xinjiang valuation model, toverify its practicality.
