Therefore, the protection of their work is particularly important and urgent.At present, there are two aspects of defects for the comprehensive evaluation mode in the protection of soil site. First, the probability of soil site disease and Effect of the Impact factor are difficult to calculate quantitatively. Second, the monitoring data of soil site is not involved in the comprehensive evaluation, that the objective evaluation of soil site diseases is affected.For this, based on the basic principle of fuzzy calculation, this paper proposed the soil site of disease control level and the multistage fuzzy calculation method. By studying relationship between soil site diseases and monitoring data for objective evaluation of soil site disease occurrence probability value. From soil site carrier diseases and diseases of ontology, using soil sites diseases multistage fuzzy calculation method for the estimation to get more accurate site of disease control all membership degree. Finally, using the membership site disease multi-stage fuzzy calculation method to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of soil sites diseases fuzzy calculation, than, more accurate quantitative calculation for soil site disease probability and the impact factor effect. At the same time, based on Auto CAD Civil3 D platform, using c # language and Visual studio 2012 to complete Design and development of the prototype system for soil site diseases comprehensive assessment, It integrated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of calculation, to achieve the ruins of soil disease characteristics of soil site monitoring data extraction and soil site data preprocessing and soil site damage assessment, and other functions, the results of calculation are more smooth.Example analysis shows that the model has reached for the purpose of effective comprehensive evaluation for the soil site diseases, it provides more accurate basis for the plan of the protection of soil site.
