In recent years, China’s cultural industry develops rapidly, and is becoming a neweconomic growth point. It is said that we should promote cultural industry to thepillar industry in The12th Five-Year Plan. Local governments regard it as a strategicleading industry. With the introduction of a series of policies, cultural enterprisesgrow quickly, forming a market boom. As the specific operations and the core carrierof the cultural industries, cultural enterprises can make a significant contribution inoptimizing configuration of cultural resources, promoting employment, elaboratingculture, meeting the needs of people’s entertain, with its unique cultural advantageand people’s talent. Currently, the cultural enterprises have more focused on the studyabout the current situation, the policy and quo analysis less with the growth.Therefore, it is important to explore the theory of growth on the cultural enterprisesgrowth, development patterns and influencing factors for the evaluation and analysison the growth.In this article, we make a summary analysis of cultural enterprises and the growth.Then, based on the endogenous growth theory and pose theory, we construct thecultural enterprises growth of RAS-G model. Through expert advice, relevance andpower of discrimination analysis, with deleting, replacing, adjusting the index, webuild the evaluation index system of China’s cultural enterprises.Thus,using the paneldata from34cultures listed companies,we obtain the structural equationmodel,calculate its regression parameters and path confidents in order to analyze thestatus. Through empirical results, we believe that the growth of cultural enterprise isdetermined by the resource growth, ability growth and strategic performance growth,resource growth is of great importance.In addition, we analysis the score and ranking of the growth of cultural enterprisesfor three years, and find that the growth is increasing steadily, score fluctuations isnot severe. There are differences in growth levels between cultural enterprises;However, The gap is getting smaller and smaller. From the perspective of region, age, industry, size, strategy and corporate nature, we explore the growth differences incultural enterprises. After comparing with success stories of the three culturalenterprises, we propose some Countermeasures to promote the development ofcultural enterprises. Anyway, this article is of some significance for it used the SEMto calculate the weights of evaluation indicators. However, considering the samplesize, index selection and the continuity of data, there is still a lot of shortcomingwhich should be solved in the future.
