As information technology advances, the coming of Knowledge-based economy,the face of the rapid increase in knowledge and information, training with highself-learning ability of Graduate has become the new requirements.Meta-cognitiveability as one of the self-learning ability is very important, the level of ability to directlyaffect the level of self-learning ability. As the development of network technology, howto apply the learning environment to promote meta-cognitive abilities, become the studyof subject worthy.In recent years, starting to focus on meta-cognitive ability of domestic research, butmost are concentrated in the study of strategy, and most study for the primary andsecondary students. A few scholars according to their online learning experiencedesigned based on meta-cognitive learning environment, but the pertinence of thislearning environment is poor and narrow, No one involved in the learning environmentbased on meta-cognitive ability students, this study provides a certain amount of spaceinnovation for me. In this paper, it takes literature review, questionnaire, interview,observation, quasi-experimental research study to finish the research:Explored the existing survey scale of Meta-cognitive ability, combined withmeta-cognitive characteristics of students, Formulate the questionnaire of graduates’meta-cognitive. Investigating the current situation of graduate’s meta-cognitive, andanalyzed the existing problems, Lay the foundation for follow-up study.Meta-cognitiveability in students to improve the ability of meta-cognitive strategy for post-graduatestudy, based on the graduate student meta-cognitive ability and learning environmentcombined with the ability to improve students meta-cognitive strategies as a guide,designed to improve graduate student meta-cognitive abilities learning environmenttheoretical model.As a guide of the meta-cognitive abilities learning environmenttheoretical model, the author uses the SSH, oracle and other technologies to buildpractical platform.According to the experimental results and the problems during theExperiment, the author consummates the theoretical model and the platform.
