Object:This study research whether there is significant to enhance the effect of autonomous learning ability through Meta-cognition Intervention Technique.It improve their academic achievement and meta-cognitive monitoring ability and increase autonomic learning ability,when intervene their poor learning behavior problems through Meta-cognition Intervention Technique,in the process of the symptoms reduced or disappeared.This prove the validation of the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique in improve autonomic learning ability.Methods:This study use the before measurement and after measurement design in psychological experiment.The subjects are the students of Liaoning Normal University who randomly select with learning problems in the registration form of Psychological Counseling Center.We select 8 suitable students who have different study problems as intervening obj ect,after purposeful filtering students with learning problems by learning situation as the index.There are clinical intervention of 5-14 times for them to collect experimental data.During the experiment,it prove intervening effect by the changes of the objects' the University Students Learning Autonomy Scale.The changes of indexes before and after intervention can explain the effect of intervention.Results:the 8 objects' scores of University Students Learning Autonomy Scale show that they have significant changes in their autonomic learning ability and target behavior before and after intervention.Learning problems of 8 subjects have different degrees of improvement with the problem behaviors reduced or disappeared in target behavior index.In the consultation process,it can obviously feel a significant improvement in the learning situation,and their performance is more stable in the later interview.Conclusion:Meta-cognition Intervention Technique has a significant effect on the improvement of University Students' autonomic learning ability;learning problem is based on conditional reflection.It is possible to improve the students' learning situation,if you can find the key conditioned emotion reflex.This method can be used to improve students' learning problems in the future.
