In the age of digital photography, the role of photography has risen from being onethat is objectively recording to the role of photo-journalists recoding their very own“photo-reality”. And at the same time, photography has also transformed from recordingreality to recording simulations–a transformation from visuals to simulations. Digitalphotography has delayed the conversations between photographer and the subjects till thepost-processing stage, its agility and flexibility are evident of what digital photography hasgone beyond traditional photography’s material and technical limits, making it as agile aspainting, and marginalizing the traditional function of recording. With all these just at thestart, the focus shifted more towards the synergizing of visuals and imaginations toproducing a blend of expression that is “record plus imagination”. Thus, leadingphotography, as a media, in to becoming more multi-dimensional.
