Research On Effectiveness Of Visual Communication For Visual-guide Systematic Design

As people have gradually developed space, space can play more and more roles and is equipped with more functions. Since information is becoming massive and complex under the current trend, it is especially important to organize and integrate information concerning spatial environment. Based on this, the visual-guide systematic design has also developed step by step. Information integration for public space is depended upon several aspects. Just as the designer Karin Schmidt-Friderichs put it, it was not easy to be excel at the crossing field between architectural design and graphic design. As a kind of design which uses visual signs to transmit a variety of information, effective visual communication constitutes the aim and core of the visual-guide systematic design.Aiming at how to solve the problem of achieving effective visual communication and referring to excellent visual-guide systematic design cases from home and abroad, this paper makes an attempt to achieve information transmission effectively by means of figurative model elements and abstract component elements. The paper breaks the limit of analyzing simply from the surface elements such as color, font and sign, but expands to the deeper level of elements including point, line, plane and body. When reasonably arranged, these elements will enable the transmission of the visual-guide systematic design to become more orderly, more accurate, more vivid and more beautiful, thus leading to the result that people can interact well with each other and the environment, realizing the spatial function better.Apart from this, this paper also looks into the developing trend of the visual-guide systematic design in the future, which is based on visual language usage and was a new type of visual-guide systematic design focusing on culture psychology and new media usage. It is making its way into high efficiency and excellent service in the process of self-development and self-improvement. Research, development, practice and application of technological media like this will enable the visual-guide systematic design to better achieve its spatial functions and provide service for us in our work and life more effectively.
