Korea and China have a long history in their ethnic culture and language exchanged.Ever since Chinese characters had introduced into Korea, our country has been using it for2000years. Although Emperor SeZong created Korean characters of his own, Chinesecharacters are still largely in used, as well as playing a significant role, in Korean words.Hence, in this report, I am making a comparison between Hanzici and Hanyuci.This report will have an inclusive of results obtained from past researchers, myresearch in the comparison of Hanzici and Hanyuci, as well as, Chinese words that causesinterference on Korean foreign students in their learning of Chinese language. Due to thecomplexity of written and oral Chinese phrases in Korean words, which includeisomorphic synonym, homograph and homophone.In addition, pointing out Chinese words that will promote and interfere Koreanforeign students on their learning in Chinese language, the merit and drawback of chinesecharacters in korean students’s chinese language acquisition, especially on these2problemareas of pronunciation and meaning of those words.
