The development style of Chinese economics is being focused attention upon by the whole world. As one of the Golden Countries, which is always mentioned together with Brazil, India, South Africa and Russia, China is more fascinating to foreigners day by day. As time goes by, more foreigners come to China for studying, travelling or working. They normally choose Chinese training course to improve their Chinese to overcome the barrier of language. The main bearers who take the responsibility to give short-time Chinese course are universities in China. How to manage this Chinese course successfully and efficiently is a topic which is worth to study.School is a kind of teaching organization, whose essence is accomplishing teaching mission, which need a concrete entity to be established and the roles inside this entity to be built up. This certain organization needs some technical resources, like hard-ware facilities and soft-ware resources et cetera. There are two kind of education happened in school. One is education with record of formal schooling; the other is education without record of formal schooling. Training Chinese course belongs to the latter. The education style is organizing learners to focus on a certain area to learn the knowledge in a short time. The area of this kind Chinese course is the knowledge and skill about Chinese and how to use it. The situations of student resource, class arrangement, studying term management, curriculum, teacher arrangement, text book choosing, spare time arrangement are different from long-term course.Liaoning University is one of the universities which are the earliest ones to found an over-sea student education in China. The department took charge of this mission is International College of Chinese Language Studies. There are2kind of courses are set. One is Chinese training course, of which the studying time is a semester at least; the other is short-term training courses hold in winter and summer vacation. The mentioned short-term Chinese course in this thesis is the courses of which the semester are shorter than6months, which including the vacation course and part of the training course. Besides the introduction of theory of education management, and the management method of short-term Chinese training course, this thesis gave an overview of the Chinese training course in International College of Chinese Language Studies, Liaoning University firstly. Meanwhile, by the methods of empirical study and comparative analysis, this thesis compares some of the elements mentioned above, among the short-term training courses of International College of Chinese Language Studies, Liaoning University, Beijing Language and Culture University and Chinese Institution, Jinan University, Guangdong. The main purpose is to find the problems and terms of settlement of the education management of International College of Chinese Language studies, Liaoning University.
