Presently there is some noticeable problem behavior in class of teaching Chinese as a second language, which has some negative effects on the teaching and students,learning. Based on domestic and overseas research results, problem behavior and the cause of its formation and present state of teachers, managing in class of teaching Chinese as a second language have been detailedly investigated in this thesis by classroom observation and questionnaire research. The following conclusions have been made though analysis of all available data.(1) There are two main characteristics of Central Asian students problem behavior in class of teaching Chinese as a second language: Firstly, it widely exists, but is low-grade :Secondly, it is concentrated on some type of problem behavior, which is only found from a few students.(2)As to the reasons for relevant problem behavior, teachers and students have Chosen the same list of possible reasons, which are students, and teachers(3)Some teachers can take some actions to actively handle students’ problem behavior. However, teachers’ sense of classroom management is slim, and their management ability is in the low level. So they can’t efficiently prevent, acutely sense and timely handle some problem behavior of students. Furthermore, teachers’ methods of solving mainly come from individual experience without theory guidance. Aiming at this situation, the author has made some suggestions on the aspects of teachers, students and rules management, which are expected to contribute something to the enhancement of teachers’ total ability of managing the class of teaching Chinese as a second language for Central Asian students.
