The marriage is a special pattern of the human being. It refers to the sexual living of thehuman being, production of population and the individual value of the modern society. For themost people, the happiness of the marriage is a key index for the overall sense of happiness.The families which are built with the fundamental of marriage are like the cells of the society,and also the key point of the stability and the harmonious for the human world. But recently,the rate of devoicing is rising and makes some disadvantages for the stability and harmoniousof the society. This research is based on positive psychology, investigates the female teacherswith higher well-being, and focuses on the real thoughts, words and deeds of these femaleteachers, and also provides some experience for the marriage counseling industry for provingthe happiness of marriage.This research is divided into three parts.The first section: Questionnaire. Using Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ) toinvestigate married female teachers of primary school in Hebei province. The result showsthat their subjective well-being degree is on the high side.The second section: Experimental Research. The experiment uses the GNAT implicitattitude experimental paradigm to investigate the implicit attitude of the female teachers withhigher subjective well-being and lower subjective well-being. The research are designed as2(well-being: high vs low)×2(target:marriage positive vs marriage negative) mixed design.The between subject variable is the subjective well-being degree, and the within subjectvariable is the target attribute. The result shows that the implicit attitude of the teachers withhigher subjective well-being is more positive than the lower group.The third section: Qualitative Research. This section uses qualitative research to takedeep interviews and observations with the teachers with higher well-being for understandexplore and analyze the ways of their cognitive and behavior in their marriage. The resultsshow that the female teachers with higher well-being have more identification with thetraditional family culture; they pay more attention on the individual value and independence;they are more sensitive and can analyze issues with more comprehensive, positive andobjective; they get use to choose external attribution with the negative issues; and they have a clear definition and understanding of the goals for marriage and life. The teachers with higherwell-being are more flexible and under the present circumstances to deal with issues, they aremore positive with their behaviors and are good at facing with issues positively. However,they concern more about others feeling, and take a euphemistic way to avoid the head-onconfrontation.In all, the conclusions are following:(1) The subjective well-being of married female primary teachers in this region is higher.(2) The married female primary teachers have high subjective well-being in their implicitattitudes.(3) The married female primary teachers who have higher subjective well-being arepursuing traditional Chinese family ethics and cultural requirements.(4) The married female primary teachers who have higher subjective well-being arereasoning in their cognitive style of marriage and family. And they are objective and havepositive multi-angle cognitive characteristics and the feature of targeting clearly.(5) The married female primary teachers who have higher subjective well-being paymore attention on the experience of “here and now” when dealing with issues. They are morepositive with their behaviors, and often take a euphemistic way to avoid the head-onconfrontation.
