The Research On Positive Psychological Quality Investigation In The Traditional Culture And Its Relationship With Subjective Well-being

Since the end of last century,positive psychology has been paid more and more attention as a new research orientation,the main object of study is the human virtue and positive force,which is dedicated to inspire and cultivate the positive psychological quality of mankind,and to promote the realization of personal value and improve the quality of life.China's traditional culture is the crystallization of human wisdom for thousands of years,which contains a wealth of positive psychology,so the strengthening of learning the quality of the traditional culture will be an inexhaustible treasure for us.This research is based on the traditional culture of China,referring to the research achievements of Chinese and Western positive psychology,and it combines with interviews and the opinions of the experts and scholars,giving a new connotation to the positive psychological quality.The study also discusses the current situation of college students' positive psychological quality and its relationship with subjective well-being,trying to create a new perspective of the study of positive psychological quality,at the same time it provides some references for the research of happiness.This study mainly includes three research:The first study is to explore the establishment of the positive psychological quality scale;The second study is to discuss the difference of the positive psychological quality in demographic variables;The third study is to explore the relationship between the positive psychological quality and subjective well-being.The results are as follows:(1)To build the positive psychological quality scale.The theoretical foundation of the research is the three main bodies of the traditional culture,Confucianism,Taoism and buddhism.With combining the achievements of positive psychological quality in China and the West,and integrating the interview results and expert opinions,the study chooses seven aspects as the breakthrough point of positive psychological quality.Build a predictive scale,carry out the item discrimination analysis,use exploratory factor analysis and measure the reliability and validity of the forecast questionnaire,and finally get the result in a formal scale including total 24 items.The scale consists of seven dimensions,namely,filial piety,mercy,justice,loyalty,fairness,courage and creativity.The structure of the scale is clear,besides the reliability and validity is good,which is up to the statistical measurement standardand,so it can be used in the measurement of positive psychological quality.(2)The difference of positive psychological quality in demographic variables.The students of three universities were measured by the self-made positive psychological quality scale.The data shows the positive psychological quality of College students is significant differences in individual dimensions.(3)The relationship between positive psychological quality and subjective well-being.Positive psychological quality is positively correlated with subjective well-being significantly.Among them,the happiness of students with high recognition of traditional culture is higher than that of ordinary students.It also shows that through the cultivation of positive psychological quality in traditional culture,or the learning of traditional culture can increase people's positive emotion and promote their happiness.
