The personality deviation, referring to a tendency of Personality Disordershowed in one’s Adolescence, was studied in this paper to develop a questionnaire forthe high school students.Objective:1. Construct a structure model of the high school students’ personalitydeviation via interviewing of the objects above on currently existing study foundationdomestic and international, then, questionnaire was compiled as a dependablemeasuring tool for further study.2. Investigate the population characteristic ofpersonality deviation of senior middle school students in ShiJiaZhuang and provide adependable and effective data for related research and applying.By the statistic analysis of the survey data, conclusions were obtained as follows:1. The questionnaire about population deviation of senior high middle schoolstudents, containing77questions, can separately measure ten different personalitydeviations, form a ten type-personality deviation questionnaire. The reliability andvalidity index of questionnaire was shown to well correspond to the Psychologymeasurement standards.2.For a further summarization,30questions which summarize the high schoolstudents’ personality deviation accurately were selected from the77onesaccompanying with three factors to form a three factor-personality deviationquestionnaire. The reliability and validity index of questionnaire was shown to wellcorrespond to the Psychology measurement standards.3.Gender differences of high school students’ personality deviation: In theinvestigation about ten types-personality deviation, it was showed obviously that girlsget higher scores than boys in some dimensions,such as Paranoid PersonalityDeviation. while, only in Anti-social Personality Deviation, score in boys areobviously higher than girls. An obvious sum difference was observed in the threefactor-personality deviation between boys and girls.4. The diversity of high school students’ personality deviation between differentgrades: Obvious differences were detected in Schizoid Personality Deviation and Schizotypal Personality Deviation, which can found between the first grade and thesecond grade. No obvious differences were shown in the three factor-personalitydeviation investigation.5. Differences of high school students’ personality deviation between schools:key school students get much higher scores in all the ten type-personality deviationinvestigations except for three dimensions. Also in the3-factor scale,students of keyschool performed worse than that of ordinary school.
