The History Of Land Policy’s Evolution And The Research In The Period Of Democratic Revolution

Problems about "Agriculture, Rural areas and Peasantry" are the basic chanlleges faced by people who devoted themselves into Chinese revolution and construction, land policy is the key to deal with the problems of peasantry, Agriculture well, however the correct policy research is the premise of the land policy. During the democratic revolution periods, there are close relationships with the main leaders of the communist party who made the concrete survey research. The main leaders of the communist party of China made different land policies according to China’s current situation in different period of revolution,solve the fundamental problem that the Chinese revolution met what concerned famers and achieve the great victory of the China’s revolution. With the development of China’s economy, the "three issues concerning farmers increasingly become the society focus, however, there are so many differences between the socialist construction and socialist revolution in the filed of "Agriculture, Rural areas and Peasantry", but survey research is the only point what is in common all the time in Socialism Practice. So survey research is still powful weapon in the new countryside construction.
