Intangible Cultural Heritage Modern Development Path Research Under The Guidance Of Cultural Evolutionism

The concept of intangible cultural heritage in China is still a relatively new academic concept.Intangible Cultural Heritage is a collection of fine traditional cultures. It contains a lot ofcultural categories. The concept of intangible cultural heritage comes out for the purpose ofprotect and pass on traditional culture because many traditional cultures face the embarrassingsituation of the lost. My research topic starts from the study of Wuxi bamboo caving art. Wuxibamboo caving art is in the extend China’s first intangible cultural heritage directory.The artis in urgent need of special protection.2009-2010Art and Science Research Center of Tsinghua University and Qipai intangiblecultural heritage research and protection fund recognized my subject. Found in a later studythat it’s not enough to study the Wuxi bamboo caving art itself but also take the wholeenvironment into consideration. The theory of cultural evolution was targeted. It is helpful toresearch a kind of culture. Fanhuang bamboo carving(Huangyan),Zhuhuang bamboo carving(Jiangan),Liuqing bamboo carving (Changzhou) are also in the extend China’s first intangiblecultural heritage directory. They are inseparable.My article focuses on bamboo carving art, culture and specific embodiment of evolutionaryanalysis of cultural evolution in the bamboo carving art. Eventually it rises to culturalevolution on the guiding role of the intangible cultural heritage. Bamboo carving researchmainly focused on the history of art, arts features, cultural property, and so on. Culturalevolution research mainly focuses on the history of cultural evolution, cultural materialismmainly views of evolution, and the development of culture in the evolution of human basis.According to the above studies, specific cultural phenomena with bamboo carving art, anddiscussion on the reflection of the evolution of cultural evolution in the bamboo carving art,it last rises to cultural evolution on the guiding role of the intangible cultural heritage.
