Study On Changchun Residential Building Dish Of Case

In recent years，with the development of internal real estate and the increase of buildingnumber, the name of the buildings have been changed gradually, as the taste of propertydevelopers and house buyers, show the state of letting a hundred flowers blossom and ahundred schools of thought contend. It is also becoming the theme of buyers’ attention and thenew aspect interested by social life and linguistic study. This is a pressing task we are facing,so we should have the correct understanding to the situation of the name of the buildings inorder to its sound development. The author based on the previous studies, tried to analyze thename of the buildings of Changchun in the aspect of speech、structure and meaning from thepoint of view of language and culture to come to a conclusion and enrich the academicachievements and therefore have an effect on the name of new buildings and languagespecification.The first part is the introduction, it introduces the research object—the cases of buildings,discuss how to make the definition of “case” in academia. It also shows the current state ofcase research、research method、research meaning and the source of corpus.In the second part, I study the speech of the cases of residential property in Changchun.To analyze the syllable number and rhythm、sound and restrictions, alliteration and assonancein terms of phonetic rhetoric.The third part, it analyzes the structure of the the cases of residential property inChangchun. It discusses the definition and content category of the general names and theproper names. To summarize the regular of naming the buildings with the example of thebuilding names in Changchun, it canbe divided into traditional and nontraditional forms.The fourth part, it analyzes the cases of the residential property form the point of culture.It shows that the traditional culture、western culture、independent consciousness andinnovation have the reflection on it.The fifth part is the conclusion and enlightenment. Learn about the voice and the view ofcitizen to the case of the residential property in Changchun through the investigations. At last,the author makes the comprehensive evaluation and the exsiting problems of the case ofresidential property in Changchun.
