Abstract/Summary:
In real life loneliness is often mentioned.It is an unpleasant,painful experience orfeeling.The statistics show that:loneliness has become a common problem of the modern.Inrecent years with the increase in postgraduate,the psychological problems of this group aremore and more serious,the study of the loneliness in postgraduate is seldom,so in this studywe used postgraduate students to our subjects,tried to use the sandplay therapy to intervenethe postgraduate students with loneliness.In this study, participants are postgraduate students from certain university of Dalian.Thesubjects are distributed from the first-year postgraduate students to the third-year postgraduatestudents. The study uses UCLA(University of California at LosAngels) to selectsubjects.According to the statistical theory,the experimental group(high loneliness) is thepostgraduate studnets whose scores were27%of the most high-end test at the UCLA,thecontrol group(low sense of loneliness) is the postgraduate students whose scores were27%ofthe lowest-end test at the UCLA.Under the premise of voluntary principles,we select each30subjects in the experimental group and control group.Then the subjects started sandplaycreation.We could compare the initila sandtrays of the two groups in order to understand thesandtrays’characteristics of postgraduate students with the loneliness.The second study:Underthe premise of voluntary principles,we choose two subjects from the experimental group toaccept the sandplay therapy in order to confirm the effectiveness of sandplay intervention.The results show that:(1)There were significant differernces in the totality of toys between the two groups.Thepostgraduate students with high loneliness used more obstacles and stores and fewer food andconnecting objects than the control group.(2)The postgraduate students with high loneliness used more life toys than the controlgroup students,but there were no significant differences in the lifeless toys.(3)There were more counter works and external in the group of postgraduate studentswith high loneliness.(4)There were significant differernces in the community and natural theme between thetwo groups.(5)There were significant differernces in the moving sand conditions.(6)The postgraduate students with high loneliness used less self-image than the control groups.(7)There were no significant differernces in producing time.(8)Sandplay therapy had positive effects in intervention for postgraduate students withhigh loneliness.
