Study On The Sourch For Animation Film Of China

This dissertation studies the Chinese early animation film in1920s by microscopic research method. The author found important clues in ShenBao which was the most famous newspaper in ShangHai. Through theses clues, the author pays attention to the social environment of Shanghai, Chinese traditional culture, cartoons and publishing industry and the early movie, that influence the evolution of Chinese early animation film.Chinese animation film was born in Shanghai, the cultural and economy center in1920s. Shanghai is a city not only hold responsible for developing Chinese traditional culture, but also take on a responsibility about Sino-Western cultural exchanges. As a part of foreign culture, animation film came to China and had some Chinese characteristic. At the same time, the art and publishing industry was inextricably tied up with Chinese animation film. Animation film is an important branch of film and the study must be connected with film history. The development of Chinese early film stimulated the early animation film’s evolution, and the film market also influenced the trend of Chinese early animation film.The unique environment of Shanghai laid the foundation for Chinese animation film.The early Chinese animation film was happened in a stereoscopic environment.
