There is a big difference between Russian and Chinese, although there areprepositions (preposition) in Russian, but Chinese preposition is still difficult forRussian students learning. In order to investigate the difference between Russian andChinese, in order to meet the demands of teaching and the Russian students learningChinese, to show the comparison of the two languages is particularly important.learning a foreign language will generally influenced by native language, thecommon points between the target language and native language in foreign languagelearning can promote the role, but with a different, often similar place is also affectedby the negative transfer of native language in the process of learning a foreignlanguage, for foreign language learning will have interference. This requires us havecertain understanding of the differences between the two languages in teaching,emphasizing the differences, to improve the students’ learning interests andefficiency.This paper explains the reason why we selected topic in the introduction,research methods and data sources, determine the scope of the study for Chinese andRussian space preposition, and summarizes the results of previous studies on therelationship between the common spatial prepositions. On the basis of summarizingthe predecessors’ research, we compared the spatial expression of spatial relationshipsin both Chinese and Russian language, and the influence of social and cultural factorson the spatial expression, and then summarizes the syntactic structure of commonspatial relationship prepositions of the Chinese and Russian, and compared thesyntactic function of every kinds of spatial prepositions, the purpose of contrast inorder to find out the difference between Chinese and Russian space prepositionsyntactic structure, through the comparison of the two languages, revealing thecharacteristics of two kinds of language, to offer help for us learning and mastery of two languages. By comparing can analyze the student errors that may occur inlearning Chinese. Here we based on the comparison the typical error from the Russianstudent questionnaire, summarized and analyzed the errors, get the major types oferrors, understanding the errors that often appear to native Russian students in usingChinese spatial preposition, and starting from the perspective of comparison and fromthe Chinese ontology study the reasons of the errors, hope have some help for ourfuture Chinese teaching and students’ learning.
