Self-supporting has been from the past immediately dependent on the things of their ownjudgement,in his own right,to act,and to your behavior and commitment of responsible forprocess. Self-supporting since the ancient times will be seen as a kind of importantpersonalityTraits,is a traditional Chinese culture paying special attention to the aspects ofourselves. From a children psychological point of view,the development of self-supporting hasthe vital significance in developing children social cognitive ability in the future. But at present,self-supporting research for chilidern is relativeless, this research attempts to surveyself-supporting characteristics of primary school,and for the structure of self-supporting ofchildren,social perspective taking,and friendship quality are discussed in this paper.The research is taking1000subjects from second grade and grade four, six grade threegraderandomly.Self-supporting behavior questionnaire,social perspective taking test and thequality of friendship questionnaire for test materials was measured, and the results are asfollows.1. Self-supporting of the present situation of primary schoolPupils’ action,academic self-supporting have higher socres on the dimensions, n generalself-reliance in scoring a minimum. In the grade, all dimensions of self-supporting of primaryschool and total score in different grades were significantly different. In the gender,self-supporting of primary school in general level is not significant difference, but significantdifference in academic in dependence.In the residence,the overall level of primary schoolstudents independent in city on the higher than in rural areas.One independence points includegeneral self-reliance and daily dimension independent,social in dependence, and selfresponsible for action were significant difference.In the single children and the only-child, theself-supporting has no significant difference in the tatal socre,but in self-action and socialself-reliance has significant difference.2. Social perspective taking of the present situation of primary schoolFrom the point of this research,the development of childern’s cognitive ability is fasterthan the development of the emotional ability. In the grade, social perspective taking in gradetwo is lower than in grade four and grade six, but grade four and six grade children does notexist significant differences.In the grader,All the demensions of social perspective taking hasno significant difference.From the residence to see, social perspective taking has no significant difference.But the childern’s emotinal perspective taking is lower than the childern’s cognitiveperspective taking.In the single children and the only-child children, there are no significantdifference.3. Friendship quality of the present situation of primary schoolIn the grade,negative friendship and positive friendship are significant difference.In thegrader,negative friendship and positive friendship are significantly different.In theresidence,there is no significant difference in negative friendship,but positive friendship.In thesingle children and the only-chilld children,negative friendship and positive friendship haveall significant differnces.But only child’s scores were higher than those of only children.4. There are significant correlations between Social perspective taking of primary schooland Self-supporting of primary school; There are significant correlations betweenSelf-supporting of primary school and Friendship quality; There are significant correlationsbetween Social perspective taking and Friendship quality.5.Self-supporting of primary school is a significant predictor to Social perspective takingof primary school; Self-supporting of primary school is a significant predictor to Friendshipquality; Social perspective taking of primary school is a significant predictor to Friendshipquality.6. Self-supporting of primary school through Social perspective taking of primary schoolimpact Friendship quality, Social perspective taking of primary partly plays intermediary rolebetween Self-supporting of primary school and Friendship quality.
