Throughout the accordion teaching at the moment in China,it is mostly based on teaching the skills and music theories.There is little teaching which focused on the research ofstudents’ psychological development and psychological needs.So in the teaching process, teachers can not understand thepsychological needs of the students, there are certainone-sidedness about the teaching method and the amount ofhomework. Even in the process of teaching and learning,students and teachers can’t achieve good communication andempathy, the students can’t feel the happiness and the sense ofachievement from the music, of course they gradually have theeffect of negative emotions and they are afraid to learn playingthe accordion, especially some beginners may be eliminated.As an accordion teacher, we should know the most importantthing is people-oriented during the education, we should fullyunderstand and master the physiology and psychological needsof the students at different ages, and then according to theirphysiology and psychological characteristics, we can adjust ourown teaching philosophy and teaching methods targeted in atimely manner, and then we can teach the accordion effectively.This thesis started from the physiology and psychologicalcharacteristics of children of all ages, analysed the children’sphysical and mental development curve, targeted to develop theteaching programs about the accordion teaching, analysedsome practical problems during the process of the accordion teaching and found solutions to the problems at a full range ofmulti-angle.The main contents are as follows:First, the status of accordion teaching in China: discussedsystematically the status of the accordion teaching at themoment in China, pointed out the common problems of teachersin the accordion teaching.Second, clarify the views of the study: For instrumentalmusic teaching, the most important thing is the education ofpeople, people-oriented, and it is more important than the skillsof the accordion teaching; the meaning and purpose of the topicis to help teachers to establish new concept of the musiceducation.Third, the problems to be solved: Described some of theproblems specifically that actually exist in the accordionteaching, it showed us the accordion educational pedagogy forchildren of different ages.Fourth, conclusions: we must teach the students with thescientific methods which combined with the psychological lawsof children development.We must teach the studentseffectively...
