Bilingual education is the hot spot of research at home and abroad, and it is mainly expression on minority bilingual education in Chinese bilingual education. Most of the minority areas have many problems because of "bilingual". The minority students learn Chinese and foreign language on the basis of learning its own language and it is the trend of national education development in minority area. National education, especially the development of bilingual education, is not only with the generality of ordinary education, but also has many features of different national and different region culture. Many minority areas have formed the stable features and pattern of minority and Chinese bilingual education, and it is very important for promoting the development and fusion of minorities and Han nationalities culture, and promoting the development of minority economic and culture.Diebu County is an important part of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Although it has large mountains and deep ditch, and the location of corporation is desolate, it’s unique geographical environment and distinct regional classification is a representative research basic point. Secondly, Tibetan education has long history and rich connotation, but also bilingual education is in correct and fast development rail gradually. Diebu County has three parts according to different region, that is, Upper Die, Medium Die and Lower Die. It has three regions according to the way of economic, which are pastoral area, half agricultural and half pastoral area and agricultural area. We also find that it has three kinds of teaching model of Diebu County bilingual education on the basis of different area. Firstly, teaching mainly in Tibetan and only one Han Chinese (The first kind model), Secondly, teaching mainly in Chinese and only one Tibetan Chinese (The second kind model), the third is universality kind. Different area choose different type of classification of bilingual education teaching, combining minority language teaching with Han teaching to form the unique features of minority education at this area. The paper try to classification describe and analysis the bilingual education of Diebu County wholly through the perspective of ethnology and using field investigation method, individual interview method and questionnaire. Exploring the bilingual education with difficult and contradiction at different area in Diebu County through understanding the status of Diebu County bilingual education, and form multi-scheme development of bilingual education scientific thought and the measures and suggestions of developing bilingual with local conditions. Besides that, its main to provide correct theoretical basis and service for making scientific and effective policy of "Tibetan and Han bilingual" education development in Diebu County, and train a large of compound talents for Diebu County and Ganan Prefecture economic society development, and reduce the gap between Diebu area and other developing minority areas on their economic culture and education teaching. At the same time, we try to keep the diversity of national culture and regional culture completely in order to make contribution to inheritance and development excellent traditional culture of Tibetan.
