The Second International Conference on literacy education:“Strategy of invigoratingChina through Science and Education " is starved of education reform. Education reform liesin the language reform, and language reform lies in the literacy reform. This shows theimportance of Chinese character teaching.For a quite long time, as one of the key of the TCFL, Chinese character teaching hasmade great progress in theory and practice. Compared with the past, Chinese characterteaching has been more and more attention. But the Chinese character, which is difficult toteach, difficult to learn, difficult to recognize, difficult to remember, difficult to study is stillrelatively weak in the area of the TCFL research. To the non-Chinese cultural circle ofstudents, Chinese Characters is even more difficult.What makes it difficult to learn on earth? To the non-Chinese cultural circle of students,the Chinese characters are difficult to learn for many reasons. The underlying reason is the bigdifference between ideogram and phonetic word [1].In order to solve the problems, with thedevelopment of the modern educational technology; it provides information on teaching andlearning environment to achieve the transformation of teaching methods. Seen in a new light,it has set off a new upsurge of learning Chinese.The article is based on the above objectives. To learn the research of the integration ofinformation technology, I analyze the information technology and the diagnosis andintegrating solutions of the TCLS to Euro-American students. On that basis, build aPreparing-lesson System, which is used by Chinese teacher to Euro-American students.Thepreparing-lesson system here is more likely to Chinese learning platform, to a certain extentas a student of Chinese characters learning platform, lesson preparation can also be directlyapplied to teaching.The article includes: the problems of Chinese Characters for Euro-American students,the information technology and the diagnosis and integrating solutions of the TCLS toEuro-American students, the design of Preparing-lesson System and the application studycase. Concretely, it includes several aspects, such as:With the guidance of Second language learning theory, this article analyzesEuro-American students’ features and problems in learning Chinese character according to thefeatures of the Chinese character teaching.The article analyzes the integration points of Chinese character teaching towardsEuropean and American students, conducts a detailed analysis on teaching contents and application of information technology in different level. In addition, based on the integrationpoints, comes forward the diagnosis and integrating solutions.Under these foundations, I designed an effective inquiry platform specifically forteaching Chinese Characters to Euro-American students Preparing-lesson System. Theplatform can meet the need of Chinese teachers and Chinese characters teaching. At the sametime, it can provide the information technology and the diagnosis and integrating solutions.
