The Research On Implementation Strategy About Balanced Supply Of Public Cultural Services In Inner Mongolia

The Eighteenth report once again stressed that the key to building a socialist culture and power to raise the nation’s cultural creativity. As can be seen more and more comprehensive and profound our party understood on the law of cultural construction. In response to the call of the CPC Central Committee to promote cultural construction Inner Mongolia, governments at all levels attach great importance to the construction and development of public cultural service system and a balanced supply of public cultural service problems. In the past decade, the construction of basic public cultural service system has achieved initial success. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s overall economic strength is not strong, lagging behind the development of cultural undertakings. The difference among regions due to natural conditions, history and culture, industrial structure, ethnic composition, the size of the market, human environment factors and between urban and rural public cultural service career development in the region there is a great imbalance.This article uses literature, comparative analysis, and other research methods to promote the balanced supply of basic public cultural service in Inner Mongolia as the main clues. Conduct research around the Inner Mongolia basic public cultural services supply situation. Address the following aspects:Firstly, explain the theoretical basis of the balanced supply of basic public cultural services through the Home and Abroad. Secondly, analysis of advanced public cultural service model and experience. Zhejiang and Fujian provinces experience as advance experience. Thirdly, identify the problem in Inner Mongolia’s current balanced supply of basic public cultural services. And analyze the necessity and feasibility of Inner Mongolia to achieve a balanced supply of basic public cultural services. Finally, put forward the strategic vision to achieve a balanced supply target.As a minority autonomous region, compared with the mainland and coastal areas, cultural transmission and cultural integration of situation has its own characteristics. In the study we paid more attention to the cultural characteristics of the balanced supply of public cultural services in the region. And according to the actual development of targeted cultural development strategy put forward the balanced development of basic public cultural services target mode with Inner Mongolia ethnic characteristics. In order to provide useful lessons for the realization of the balanced supply of Inner Mongolia basic public cultural services.
