In1943, Leo Kanner put forward autism, after that the three core symptoms:impaired social interaction、language communication obstacles and behavior disorders, were been widespread for measure the effect of diagnosis and treatment. The pathogenesis of autism is indeterminacy. And the therapeutic methods were focus on the symptoms, for example, behavior therapy, sensory integrative treatment, auditory integration therapy, play therapy and the rising art therapy. According to the characteristics of the individual, the therapy is inclined to combine with various therapies to meet the optimal treatment. Recent studies show that the autism spectrum condition hasn’t relieved accompanying with the growing of people with autism. If the family has one member of autism, the quality of their life is always unhealthy. After the Second World War, Family Therapy booming. In the research, combined Family Therapy with other therapy could promote the function of problem child. So we need to put autistic children in their family system and use the power of family for the child’s recovery and the family function.The start point of the research is to improve the living quality of autistic children and their families. Based on special education, combined with Family Therapy, enrich the research on Family Therapy. And discuss the effective Family Therapy which could be use widely, then propose therapeutic schedule.The research contains two groups:the experiment group is a5years old boy with autism, the control group is five boys with autism between3to7. Firstly, pretest is leaded a week ago for both groups. Secondly, the control group receives special education in special school, which including clustered classes (feel integrative training, music, game, painting and detailed training) and individual classes (language, math, detailed training and music). Every child has the same classes a week and the same training time. The experiment group receives eight times Family Therapy, which is based on special education. The therapy is every two hours once a week which last for three months. Thirdly, posttest is leaded a week after the therapy for both groups to assess the effect of the experiment. The research also takes the assessment from parents and teachers to complement the result of measurement which is in three aspects:study, interpersonal communication and behavior.From the assessment of parents and teachers, C can obey the classroom discipline, noninterference in class. And the self-care ability of daily living is promoted:eat by himself, have fun in zoo and buy in supermarket.Results (compare the scores on《Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale》):1) In control group, the scores drop except the part of "health/body/behavior", and are obviously in "social intercourse" and "perception/awareness consciousness".2) In experiment group, the downtrend is clear in "speak/language/communication" and "social intercourse"; the uptrend is clear in "health/body/behavior". In totally, the score is decrease.3) In "speak/language/communication", compared with two groups, the experiment group declines more. In "social intercourse", two groups are indistinguishable. In "perception/awareness consciousness", control group declines_more,in which the other group makes no odds. In "health/body/behavior", both are increase, and the trend of experiment one is more sharpper.In conclusions, the case promotes the living and study ability of C. Compared with control group, C s scores fell more obviously on《Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale》...
