On The Conservation And Exploitation Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Zhoushan

Zhoushan islanders， shining with the reputation of the Buddhism since ancienttimes， plays an important role in Chinese nationalities with its long fishing civilizationand the rich island culture. Zhoushan intangible cultural heritage is not only an importantpart of China’s marine culture but also an indispensable factor in the progress of formingthe customs of Zhoushan Islanders and is the genetic gene of Zhoushan marine culture.Zhoushan intangible cultural heritage has formed its unique， marine， religious，compatibile， integrated characteristics during its long history of development， whichsignificantly differs from the continental agricultural civilization. The establishment of theZhoushan Islands District，which is under the guidance of the government，leads to makeZhoushan intangible cultural heritage received much more attention than before. Foregoinginvestment has been successfully completed and those outstanding folk artists are awardedby the title of the folk culture masters， the intangible cultural heritage by the government.The protection and development of the intangible heritage is still under constantexplosion and the theory researches gradually deepen. The influence of Zhoushan marineculture has been more powerful with the opening up of some Zhoushan cultural items，such as Zhoushan Drums， Wengzhou Walking Books， Daishan Sea Festival， the fleadance and other famous projects. The pioneering spirit of personality， the pragmatic spiritof perseverance， the credibility of the supremacy of good faith and the openness spirit ofthe embracing which are included in Zhoushan Intangible Heritage become an importanttool for the promotion of the cultural construction of the new district of the ZhoushanIslands. At the same time， the protection and development of intangible cultural heritageof Zhoushan is still in the initial stage and there exist many problems needing to solve.It is necessary to analyze the system and the theory. This paper is divided into fiveparts:The first part is about the overview of Zhoushan Intangible Cultural Heritage. Thissection reviews the history of Zhoushan and a brief introduction of the status of theprotection of intangible cultural heritage of Zhoushan Island area， the Zhoushanintangible cultural heritage which are at all levels， especially the national intangiblecultural heritage project which is done a detailed description. The second part is about the classification and characteristics of intangible culturalheritage of Zhoushan city. Through careful investigation and research on the connotation ofthe intangible cultural heritage in Zhoushan islands， the classes of intangible culturalheritage of Zhoushan islands region are divided into marine fishing and processing，marine religion， marine art and festivals， marine history and military， maritimecustoms and etiquette. After classifying and summarizing the contents of different classes，the Zhoushan intangible cultural heritage can be charactered by its diversity，compatibility， variability， openness， marine， comprehensive.The third part elaborates the suggestions and the achievement in the protection of theintangible cultural heritage by Zhoushan government. To explain and summarize thesuggestions and achievements in the protection of the intangible cultural heritage byZhoushan government from the significance of the protection and conclude the existingproblems on the protection of the Zhoushan intangible cultural heritage is to put forwardthe relevant countermeasures.The fourth part is the analysis of the protection mode of Zhoushan intangible culturalheritage. The experience of the current practice of protection and problems is the base ofgeneral principles and the direction to guide protection and development. Based on theprotection modes of the intangible cultural heritage in Zhoushan as the legal protection，the digital protection， the ecological park protection and so on， operation and analysis，this paper puts forward and give free rein to imagine the possibility of Zhoushan " boatman" intangible cultural heritage protection mode after analyzing each advantages.
