The Protection And Development Of The Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage

In modern society, intangible cultural heritage is an important cultural card of local characteristics. The economic value of its brand effect and agglomeration function has an important influence on the comprehensive strength of a place.The research of industrialization of intangible cultural heritages attaches great importance to its theoretical practical significance. To this end, under the background of transition of China society, the present study, taking The legend of the Cowherd and Weaver Maid in Yiyuan as the object and protection and transmission as the line, mainly discusses the progressive process of industrialization development of intangible cultural heritage resources in the ethnic areas by application of various scientific theories and methods. The legend of the Cowherd and Weaver Maid originated in the Western Zhou Dynasty, developed in Han Wei Jin Southern and Northern dynasties, later in the course of its evolution, riched and gradually shaped,evolved from a fairy tale as a love story. It is widely circulated in China peoples and regions. In yiyuan some mountains and scenery cowgirl is relied on the lengend. The legend not only has the artistic value, educational value, but also has economic value.Rencently,the Government of Yiyuan has formulated a series of measures to promote better development pentameter drama but its devevopment is still facing a big dilemma:the lack of talent,the lack of government policy support;unformed industrial chain,the loss of the audience and so on.Through learning from the experience of other operas,this article tries to explore the road of protection and development of intangible cultural heritages from the following aspects, Strengthening government support; Cultivating the cultural consumption market, build cultural soft power; Culture of folk artists, to break through the bottleneck of talents; Set the organization promoting mechanism, Cultivation mechanism of industry convergence, Strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights mechanism, Optimization of human resources integration of industry.Meanwhile, from the point of view of government, society and market, the research also constructs a community-guided sustainable model for the development of heritage sites, so as to explore essence of ethnic culture and social foundation. The study aims at probing into a specific way for the cultural industry in the areas to achieve the goal of healthy interaction between cultural protection and economic development.
