Cross-cultural adaptation is the adaptation that occurs when people of different cultural backgrounds engage in communicative activities.At present,the case study of the intercultural adaptation of foreign Chinese teachers is mainly based on the Southeast Asian countries,so it is necessary to conduct a research on the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers in Korea.This study is mainly aims at the volunteers sent to South Korea in February 2017.Firstly,the cross-culture adaptation of 100 volunteers in South Korea is investigated by questionnaire.And then interview five volunteers to get a detailed look at their life satisfaction and intercultural conflict.Finally,according to the results of questionnaire survey and personal interview,Suggestions will be put forward for volunteer training and individual volunteer.
