About morpheme classification methods, most of the existing research is divided from the total level. Yang Xiaoli (2006) first proposed the concept of "heritage morpheme, which provided the New Perspective divided by lasting time for Chinese morpheme classification. As the morpheme research continues in linguistics, teaching Chinese as a foreign language also began the morpheme teaching and practice. In the prevailing foreign language grammar teaching system, morpheme approach received the academia’s attention, and the proposal of the concept of "heritage morpheme" opened up the novel thinking for teaching Chinese as a foreign language morphemeMeaning of heritage morpheme evolved from words of the ancient Chinese meaning changed after it entered into the words’ the inscape level. Its meaning changes analysis is conducive to be better understanding of the modern Chinese vocabulary system, and better Vocabulary teaching. In this paper, diet-related heritage morpheme, and Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language contact in order to solve a the corresponding common problem in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language vocabulary, and improve diet-related heritage morpheme’s justificationsin in Vocabulary Teaching.According to the data statistics, the formation of diet-related heritage morpheme corpus specific analysis of the corpus heritage morpheme, word-building skills, semantics, culture and three angles. Word-building capacity is carried out from three aspects of the type of morpheme, word formation, word formation position; semantic analysis divided corpus morpheme into the univocal morpheme and ambiguity morpheme and carried out from the no difference morpheme-defined and the changing morpheme; analysis of cultural color is carried out from which embodied the philosophy, way of thinking, wine culture. On the basis of the analysis of diet-related heritage morpheme, we will discuss the concrete method in overseas Chinese classroom teaching, Chinese culture promotion activities, instructional design which uses it.
