Vocabulary teaching is the emphasis and difficulty in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Chinese address system is complex and developed, so teaching of address terms is the difficult part of vocabulary teaching in teaching in teaching Chinese as a second language. Based on the actual situation of specific language materials, this paper introduces the concept of inherited morpheme. Through the study of inherited morpheme related to address in modern Chinese word formation and the analysis of actual conditions of address form system in textbooks of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the paper explores the composition and characteristics of inherited morpheme in address terms by investigation and analysis, with the purpose of offering inspiration and help during address terms teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is "introduction". In this part, the paper describes and explains the significance of the topic, research status, research and methods, as well as the source of corpus.The second chapter is "statistical analysis of the inherited address-related morphemes in modern Chinese word formation". Firstly, the definition of address and the classification principle are described. Then through the screening and determination, the address morpheme corpus is established. At last, based on the corpus established, through the statistical and classified analysis of the inherited address-related morphemes in modern Chinese word formation, the paper makes a summary.Chapter Three is "inherited morpheme related to address form and teaching Chinese as a foreign language". Firstly, through statistical analysis of address in the course outline and textbooks, the paper makes a summary on the advantages and disadvantages of address terms edited in textbooks. Then, the paper analyzes the distribution of inherited morpheme related to address form in teaching Chinese as a foreign language by cross-comparism. At last, the paper discusses the enlightenment brought by the application of inherited morpheme in address teaching during the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The fourth chapter is "case study". Modest appellation is studied, as well as some specific cases collected in corpus.The fifth chapter is "conclution". In this part, the paper expounds the overall thinking of inherited morpheme related to address in modem Chinese word formation and deficiencies of this paper.
