Most of the research of morpheme and the practice of Teaching Methodology of Morphemes focus on Synchronic angle. Professor Yang Xiaoli raised "Inherited Morpheme" from a new Diachronic angle in2006. This thesis is based on the concept of "Inherited Morpheme" to research the Inherited Position Morpheme. The thesis takes "The Contemporary Chinese Dictionary" and "Wang Li Ancient Chinese Dictionary" as the source of word meaning. This thesis based on three angles of word-building skills, semantics, culture and three angles, word-building capacity to research Inherited Position Morpheme. Finally, selects some representative morpheme and homonymic morpheme and homograph morpheme to make instructional design.Part one, introduction, briefly introduces the significance, the current researches, the approaches and perspectives, the sources of the materials of this thesis. The second part is the analysis of the method and ability of word formation of Inherited Position Morpheme. First, determine the scope and range of Inherited Position Morpheme, then investigate on the characteristics of word formation from three aspects of word building, semantic features and culture.Part three, compared with "Chinese Proficiency Test Syllabus", the thesis observes the circumstances of word formation and analyzes it from the structure and semantic. Analyze the teaching mode of Chinese morpheme and put forward the advice to teaching, including the representation of space semantic and reference point area.Part four, application, selects some representative morpheme to make instructional design. Then introduced the circumstances of the position morpheme in "Kan Tu Shuo Hua","Han Yu Yue Du Jiao Cheng Xiu Ding Ben","Han Yu Ting Li Jiao Cai Xiu Ding Ben" and "Han Yu Jiao Cheng", made three suggestions about the teaching methods:first, Morpheme teaching method, pay attention to the blackboard, the teaching of basic meaning with appropriate morpheme formation of training. Second, Contextual practice method,. Attaches great importance to the interpretation of the azimuth of morpheme words metaphors usage. Third, pay attention on the position morpheme and the cultural teaching,Part five, summarizes the conclusion and points out the insufficiencies of this thesis.
