| Rural culture construction is an important part of the new rural construction and the overall urban and rural development. On the basis of investigation and analysis of Hebei province rural culture construction in 2009 and 2010, improving the latest 2011 questionnaire, through comparing three years’data, I empirically analyzed rural culture construction present situation, characteristics, problems and the expectation of the farmer of Hebei province. By the combination of the situation in the province, I put forward suggestions for promoting rural cultural construction.Based on expounding the rural cultural construction of the research background and significance and the research status at home and abroad, giving the related concept of a scientific definition from the theory, I clearly elaborated the basic theoretical analysis framework, including the rural cultural construction of the guiding ideology, the main body of rural cultural construction in rural areas, as well as the main content of the cultural construction.I gave an empirical analysis of Hebei province rural culture construction present situation and the characteristic, from the point of cultural resources, cultural activities, cultural industries, reflecting the effect of rural cultural construction. By analyzing various shortcomings and problems that exist in the rural cultural construction in Hebei Province, I found gambling, superstition, patriarchal, and other more common phenomenon, the rural environmental deterioration, the traditional cultural heritage is being challenged From the government, farmer, society three factors, I analyzed the causes of the problem.Finally, by comprehensive analysis, I put forward the proposal of increasing cultural resource to develop strength, strengthening the cultural construction of cadre of basic level of consciousness, perfecting the system of rural cultural construction the measure such as mechanism, promoting rural culture building in Hebei province countermeasure. |
