Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Town In Hebei Province Under The Thought Of Marxist Urban-Rural Relations

According to China's national conditions,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and further emphasized the promotion of urban and rural integration.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the rural areas.The development of urban and rural integration is to break the urban-rural dual structure and realize the free circulation and rational allocation of urban and rural elements.Realizing rural revitalization and urban-rural integration development is not only related to the solution of the "three rural issues" in the new era,but also to the completion of a comprehensive well-off society and the building of socialist modernization.In order to promote rural revitalization and urban-rural integration,it is necessary to find important breakthroughs.As a connecting point between urban and rural areas,characteristic towns play an important role in promoting rural revitalization and urban-rural integration.The sustained and healthy development of the characteristic towns directly affects the sustainable and healthy development of China's urban-rural relationship.Therefore,the sustainable and healthy development of the characteristic towns is of vital importance and has become the focus of attention at present.Based on the Marxist urban-rural relationship thought,the thesis explores the construction of characteristic towns in Hebei on the basis of absorbing and drawing on the relevant theroretical research results at home and abroad.Fristly,it deeply analyzes the thought of urban-rural relationship between Marx,Engels,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping,and sums up the influence of their thoughts on the construction of China's characteristic towns.Then,by using field investigation,comparative analysis and literature research,the basic theory and practice exploration of characteristic towns are sorted out.Meanwhile,taking the construction of characteristic towns in Hebei Province as an example,the development focus and space of characteristic towns are expounded in Hebei Province.The layout and construction status have affirmed the achievements of Hebei's characteristic towns in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,promoting supply-side reform,stimulating rural economic and social development,and promoting urban-rural integration.However,in the construction of characteristic small towns,Hebei Province still has construction concept is not clear,the institutional mechanism is not perfect,the plan needs to be perfected,infrastructure and public services need to be improved,and so on.In view of these problems,The thesis is proposed to adhere to the five development concepts to lead the construction of characteristic towns,deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms and standardize the construction of characteristic towns,make scientific plans to promote the construction of characteristic towns,improve infrastructure and public services to promote the construction of characteristic towns,and so on,so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of characteristic towns in Hebei Province.
