The Study Of Occupational Social Work Intervene Enterprise Labor Union State-Owned Enterprise

Building the socialist harmonious society, is to build a democracy, equity and justice, honesty and fraternity, vigor, stability and order, the human beings and the nature harmonious coexistence of society. In modern society, the stability of the enterprise has become one of the key determinants whether a social is stable or not. So if we want to create a harmonious society, the building of harmony enterprise will be necessary and will become the most important part.In this study, the object is corporate social work and the background is the building of the harmonious society and harmonious enterprise. Then put the focus on the using of enterprise social work in the state-owned enterprises’trade union work. Through combing the definitions, elements and the support theory of corporate social work and taking use of the theoretical analysis, the literature and comparative study to establish the preliminary understanding on enterprise social work. And then, take the enterprise J as an example to research the possibility and necessity of the intervention.This study suggests that enterprise social work in enterprise labor union of state-owned enterprise has an important meaning, but in this process will suffer from system and cultural factors. Therefore in the process of the localization, enterprise social work needs some enterprise labor union as its play platform, on the one hand, can make full use of its advantages to solve practical problems, on the other hand, we can promote the improvement of labor union. To successfully complete this process, it is necessary to find a suitable intervention point, intervention approach, in order to protect the building of a harmonious enterprise.
