At this stage,China's economy has entered a new normal,and the mode of economic development has shifted from extensive speed growth of scale to a intensive growth of quality and efficiency.In such a market environment,many new industry models and professional models have emerged in the society,which inevitably have a huge impact on the old labor relations.According to the data released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China,in 2017,as many as 785,000 labor dispute cases were filed in China.It can be seen that the contradiction in labor relations in China is still outstanding at this stage,which has seriously affected the healthy development of the market economy and the social harmony and stability.Throughout the development history,trade union organizations are important social organizations that provide staff services and coordinate labor relations.However,in recent years,in the course of practice,there has been a lack of professionalism in the work of trade unions,especially in the field of labor disputes.As a new area of ? ? social work,trade union social work has professional advantages in social work and,to a certain extent,can make up for the inadequacies of traditional trade union work.Therefore,the trade union social work intervention study on labor disputes has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the X area of ? ? Shenzhen City as a case study,and adopts the participatory observation method and semi-structured interview method.By sorting out the literature research data of labor disputes and social work of unions,the characteristics,causes,and coping strategies of current labor disputes are sorted out,and the development history and work experience of trade union social work are summarized.At the same time,combined with interview data and literature data,the current status and major causes of labor disputes in Shenzhen X district were presented.Further,combining the work experience of first-line social workers in labor disputes,the author combed and summarized the social-workforce intervention mechanism and specific strategies of labor disputes,and put forward relevant recommendations.After studying the labor disputes in the X district of Shenzhen,this paper finds that the current labor disputes are characterized by a large amount,diversity,and complexity.There are many factors inducing labor disputes,but the main reason is the awakening of legal consciousness of workers and thedehumanization of enterprises.Management and labor union awareness is low.In view of this,combining local experience in labor disputes intervention,the paper proposes that: based on the perspective of trade unionism,trade union social workers should use trade union organizations as the carrier to build a central referral platform for cross-sector service agents and establish “prevention—treatment— Development of the "Three-level Labor Disputes Intervention in the Work Mechanism of Trade Union Social Workers.
