In this article, we use the laser compound with TIG welding method to replace thetraditional one witch use laser or TIG to weld aluminum alloy. The compound weldingis very more complicated than the traditional one, and there is little research result indomestic, therefore we have had a lot of experiments to study and analysis thecharacteristics of the compound welding.This paper mainly divided into three sections. The first part mainly introduces thetradition method of welding aluminum alloy, for example, the laser or the arc welding.And introduces the characteristics of laser welding or the arc welding when the usedalone, the main purpose is to analysis the shortcoming and the insufficiency whenwelding aluminum alloy. We can see witch cause the shortcoming according to thereference and other research report, so we can use some kind of measures to improvethe faults when we welding. The key point is to declare that the result of weldingaluminum alloy can be raised.The second part is the key part. There have much experiment, and in the process ofwelding we can understand the characteristics of the compound welding and thematching problem between them. Based on this, we will be better able to study thefeasibility of the compound welding through the result. By understanding some weldingparameter later, we restructure them and use the data to contrast. We can combined thisresult with some theory to get a intuitive analysis of that each welding parameters on theeffect of compound alignment when we use it. Finally, we can get a good weldingparameters to weld the aluminum alloy after the constant test.In order to verify the advantage of the compound welding, we use the tests tocontrast with the tradition welding. If all the welding condition is the some, we can usethe compound welding to eliminate the shortcoming for welding alone, and this methodcan also improve the efficiency. With the conclusion, we can know what have improvedin the foundation of tradition welding, and improve the theoretic analysis before ispersuasive.
