Jin Chuan Group Limited Company(JNMC) is the biggest production base of nickel and cobalt in China which has the world famous Very large multi-metal symbiosis sulfide nickel-copper mineral deposit,and the mechanized mining method with hexagonal filling route is used by the three big underling mines of JNMC. JNMC LongShou-mine used the size of hexagonal filling route that the bottom width3.5m, waist width7m, high-6m and the layout of reinforcing steel bar which made the strength of the reinforced backfill is much larger than the5MP.Optimizing parameters of stope structure and selecting the appropriate section of the route are the prerequisites to increase the stoping intensity and the introduction of the highly efficient equipment. Based on actual production experience and the use of mining equipment, this acticle select six kinds of road section to try to get the best route section Through FLAC3D numerical simulation and study whether it is reasonable to use the reinforcement. The following main issues encountered in the course of the study:①Not uniform and the exact parameters of rock mechanics;②Currently there is no accurate method of calculating The strength parameters of the mixed materials such as reinforced concrete;③Hexagonal filling into the road modeling is difficult. Based on existing data,this article obtained by rock mechanics parameters the weighted average method,getted the strength parameters of reinforced concrete by one essay-excited and determined a reasonable hexagonal filling approach modeling. Selecting optimal cross section of the bottom width4m,5m high, waist width6m through FLAC3D numerical simulation,and creating conditions and provide technical support for the Long mine fully applied to large-scale mechanized mining. LongShou-mine can make ore production and metal production Stable and steadily improved in order to improve the LongShou-mine the overall economic efficiency and saving the cost of production.
