New methods for the determination of acreylamide and diethylenetriamine in watersamples are developed by using flow injection chemiluminescence in the dissertation, meanwhile, besides the mechanism and behaviors of chemiluminescence areresearched. The dissertation is divided into three parts as follow.1. The source, the harm and the determination methods of organic amines in recentyears are mentioned, mechanisms, the commen systems and reagents ofchemiluminescence, characteristics and mechanism of flow-injection and researchprospect of flow injection-chemiluminescence have been summarized.2. A novel flow injection chemiluminescence method was preseented fordetermination of acreylamide. It was based on the enhancing effect of acrylamide on the chemiluminescencereaction between potassium permanganate(KMnO4) and sodium sulfite(Na2SO3). Theconcentration of KMnO4, H2SO4and Na2SO3, and some parameters of CL instrument inthe CL system were optimized. Under the optimized conditions of chemiluminescencereaction, FI parameters and the absorbing efficiency of acrylamide, the enhancedintensity of chemiluminescence was proportional to the concentration of acrylamide inthe range of5.00×10-7g·L-1~5.00×10-2g·L-1, and the relative standard deviation was1.43%(n=11) at5.00×10-6g·L-1acrylamide. The detection limit was3.90×10-7g·L-1. Theproposed method had been applied successfully to determine acrylamide in watersamples.3. A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of diethylenetriaminewith flow injection technique was described.Chemiluminescence reaction of formaldehyde(HCHO) with acidic potassiumpermanganate in the presence of diethylenetriamine(DETA) as an strong enhancer wasinvestigated, so a new chemiluminescence method for the determination ofdiethylenetriamine with flow injection technique was described. The concentration ofKMnO4, HNO3and HCHO, and some parameters of CL instrument in the CL system were optimized. The linear range for diethylenetriamine is0.100mg·L-1~35.0mg·L-1with a detection limit of0.0810mg·L-1, and the relative standard deviation (c=2.00mg·L-1,n=11) is1.22%. The method has been used to determine the content ofdiethylenetriamine in real water with satisfactory results.
