Analysis And Research Of Machine Tool Fixture Design Scheme

In the workpiece machining The machining quality of workpiece dependson the system which includes machine tool, fixture, workpiece and cutting tool.The fixture is a key link in the process of contact machine tool, cutting tooland workpiece.In the traditional manual fixture design, The selection ofpositioning point, the determination to positioning element,s structure andsize,the layout of the clamping point, the determination to clamping element,sstructure and size are completed by the design personnel.It takes moremanpower and longer design cycles.Aiming at this problem, this paper USES the principle of kinematics andgeometry principle and optimization design of fixture locating scheme in thedesign of establishment, position error calculation, the layout of the clampingdevice and clamping force of the optimization problem was studied, the mainresearch contents are as follows1. Build the degrees of freedom model and the locating scheme modelwhich is based on the Kinematics, analysis the rationality and correctness ofpositioning solution based on the limited number of degrees of freedom andthe number of contact points.2.Puts forward the concepts of the benchmark for knife and give theselecting pringciple of the benchmark for knife in typical locatingschemes.Bulid locating error model based on the concepts of the benchmarkfor knife, analysis and calculate them.3. Build the model of the workpiece stability based on the contactdeformation theory, analysis the rationality of clamping scheme,and thenoptimize clamping force.4. Use solidworks for the secondary development based on VB6.0, buildthe database of typical locating scheme based on solidworks.
