Binzhou City Ecological Small Towns Development Model And Planning Countermeasures

Low carbon and ecology is the theme of urban development. Small towns are also engaged to ecological development. The development planning of efficient ecological economic region of Huanghe River delta, as the background of the construction of small towns in Binzhou, has played an active role in the guide. It is significant to study the mode of development and the measure of planning of ecological small towns both in theoretical and practical. In this context to create the Eco town development strategy in Binzhou, is fully reflecting the importance of the development of industrial and ecological coordination.This article is divided into four parts The first part of the thesis summarize the relevant studies of ecological small towns by the points of view from the mode of development, recycling economy, planning index system, existing problems and study countermeasures, and discuss the development model of ecological small towns of Binzhou.In the second part of the article, based on the development of eco-city and industrial ecology theory on the home and abroad, according to the resource endowments, development status and functions of the type of the small town of Binzhou, the urban ecological development model is summarized as modern agriculture support model, eco-industrial parkclustering model, driven mode of tourism and ecological landscape penetration model. The realization of small town social, economic and ecological benefits, is the result of the development of two or more mode mostly. According to the problem existed and the demonds of ecological development patterns, specific planning are advanced aimed at industry and space in two sides in the third part.The last section takes the planning of Heliu Town of Binzhou as example. Analyse from conditions for development, estate planning, spatial layout, etc, further proof the use of the mode of development of ecological small town in specific cases. And provide reference for constructions of other ecological small towns.
