Based On The Theory Of Complex Adaptive System, Water Conservancy, Coordinated Economic Development Research

To reveal the complexity of the subject and object essence, this thesis su-mmarized the definition and characteristics of complexity. The water resources system also has been pointed out that the subject and object essence,this means water resources system complexity is also one of the important characteristics. The water resources system are analyzed, based on the complex adaptive syste-m to involving the economy, the environment,the humanities.and the water res-ource planning and other aspects.Water resources system is proves to be the co-mplex adaptive system.and is seen as a relatively independent by several of the individual adaptability of a level of network system,its evolution rule was obta-ined by the quantitative and qualitative combination method.To promote the re-search of the water resources management, scheduling, and maintaining ecological balance,this thesis set a model of river basin level water resources complex system. Because the whole system involves the econo-mic, environmental, cultural and water resource planning and other aspects, the calculating involved management, operations research, economics, hydrology and ecology science knowledge,and the results could provide references for the sustainable development of the economy, This model could promote research of the water resources management and maintaining ecological balance. To ana-lysing the relationship between water conservancy investment and national eco-nomic development.this thesis ues Dianchi lake as an example. Using the theo-ry of complex system of water resources in the Dianchi lake watershed water resources system were analyzed and calculated from the water conservancy and national economic coordination development view of the relation of the water resources of the dianchi lake watershed sustainable management for analysisTo Simulate the relationship between social, economic and ecological system, and to calculating the economic benefits of water conservancy investment, separate water conservancy investment from total social investment.
