As the20th century most great invention, the car is used each corners of the life.However, the car accident is threatening people’s life safety with the development of the car. There are two reasons for the car accident,The one is based on objective reason, such as the weather, the road traffic, and so on,which affects the judgement of the drivers to cause accidents collision.The other one is based on the driver’s subjectiv factors,such as the mood, inattention and fatigue. Especially fatigue driving, is the most reason of the car accidents.The drivers can’t pay attention to driving over the four hours.The text is a kind of anti-collision system that is based on the combination of ARM9and QT.There are two parts in the passage:the machine including image collection, speed and distance sensor data acquisition, and network transmission; computer including QT display interface and their eyes identification system to judge the driver’s eys open or close.The main fuction of the machine is that gathering the current image through ZC301camera, displaying on the LCD panel, transfering the image from Linux to Windows in the TCP/IP protocol, through the SOCKET sockets after the treatment for it, working out a safe distance according to receiving the speed and distance data and the reminding system.The computer receives the images, and deal with it.Then garnishing with gray zone method identified and close their eyes open eyes from the picture after identifing the human eye position with opencv,to identify the effect of fatigue.This design is a very good feasibility, and extensibility. At the same time it can greatly improve the system speed of response.Using PC as a unit,not only reduces the ARM processor load,but also realizes the different lans the data transmission through QT.The results show that the images can be displayed throgh QT WINDOWS from the camera’s in machine,through the SOCKET network transmission smoothly,and meet the requirement of real-time type.Also it can detect the eyes state. The collision decision conditions is supplied according the safety distance that is shown on the LCD through the sensors to collect distance, and the speed of data,to provide better bull auxiliary platform.
