Abstract/Summary:
Space Station is a large and constructional spacecraft, which supports mankind to live in space for long-term and to develop variety of space experiments. Due to complexity, variability and long-term are the prominent characteristics of the Space Station relative to other types of manned spacecraft, technical staff must confront to solve the various types of failures during its flight. In order to ensure the safety of the Space Station and the astronauts who live inside the Space Station, the Space Station requires detecting and insolating the various types of flight fault timely. Therefore it is significance of researching on-board fault detection and diagnostic for enhancing the station’s security, reducing the cost of ground operations, and ensuring to complete the flight mission.This article firstly discuss the technologies which need applied, and then analysis the requirements of on-board fault diagnostic, and identify the function in system architecture. Base on the above researches, the author designs and implements the software architecture of on-board fault diagnostic system by applying the Object-Oriented modeling techniques and Component technology, implements system database and interface package, determine the in-orbit diagnostic workflow basing on the each module in the software architecture.For on-board fault detection, the author specifies the hardware scheme of fault detection by using testability of the digital systems and compositing other approaches, and establishes the basis of comprehensive fault detection. Designing and implement the scalable fault detection software module on the software architecture of the on-board fault diagnostic which implements a variety of error monitoring and judgment.Determine to use the knowledge-based diagnostic method, applying the main approaches of basing on design rules and fault tree to locate and handle the fault rapidly; focus on diagnosis of deep-seated failure by utilizing Signal Directed Graph which is one of model-based deep knowledge diagnostic method as representative. Carry out one kind of propulsion system as an example of the practical application of the diagnosis method, and design the diagnosis algorithm. Implement the fault location and judgment software module basing on the software architecture of the on-board fault diagnostic to achieve the above diagnostic methods which can be configure by demanding and expand for future.
