| At this stage, China is in a period of socio-economic development, with the rapid development of the country’s modernization process, all industries show the booming trend of vigorous development. As the foundation and pilot industry of national economy,social development and people’s living services,transportation has already been into the ranks of modern development.The highway bridge is one of the important symbol of the modern transportation’s construction increasingly shows the enormous social and economic benefits, and gradually form a rapid development of bridge engineering industry.However,there has been alack of effective management strategies and recommendations for optimization and control of the bridge construction project.Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the study of optimization and control of the bridge construction project.In this paper, on the basis of Changqingsha Bridge Project construction,this paper has analyzed the goal of the project management.Based on the control theory and methods of the project,this paper studies the construction progress planning and optimization of the Changqingsha Bridge Project.At the same time,this paper analyzes the progress control and optimization measures before and within the construction stage.Based on the cost control theory of engineering project, this paper analyzes the principle of project cost control.Based on the earned value method,this paper studied cost optimization and control of this project.Based on the project quality management theory, this paper analyzes the quality management mode and principle, also the quality guarantee system and control measures of the Changqingsha Bridge Project. |
