Spline parts is a typical transmission parts, bearing parts in the equipmentmanufacturing industry and industrial areas, with the rapid development of ournational economy, especially the rapid development of machinery, automobile,shipbuilding, electric power, aviation, aerospace, defense, equipmentmanufacturing and other major areas, increasing demand for spline parts.Because of its forming principle limit, spline parts of the traditional productionmachining equipment, the mechanical performance can not meet the currentneeds of the market. At present, only cold forming processing equipmentprocessing ordinary small module spline and screw thread. So the market isbadly in need of the processing equipment for big modulus spline, Cold knockmachine production of products with the traditional cutting technology hasincomparable advantages such as the product is not cut fiber, high strength,good surface quality, high efficiency, low cost and so on. At present, there is noperfect theory research for the spline cold rolling machine. The existingequipment mainly relies on foreign imports.In view of the above situation, frist of all, based on the forming process ofspline cold, studies the relationship between process parameters on the splinecold and the forming equipment parameters of spline cold knock. According tothe geometric relations between the forming process and the parameters of theequipment, motion parameters of spline cold knock machine actuator isdetermined, established the Adams model of spline cold rolling device actuator.Kinematics simulation of the actuator of spline cold rolling machine combinedwith pro/e and Adams software, proved the correctness of the motionparameters analysis.According to the forming principle of spline cold knock actuator, Thispaper introduced the design of spline cold rolling machine indexing mechanismand the transmission. Obtained the relationship between the indexingmechanism and the transmission ratio. Do the analysis of kinematics anddynamics of the indexing mechanism.The above research to fill gaps in the domestic research on the theory of spline cold rolling device, which has of great significance to the equipmentresearch and development as well as the popularize application of this splinecold rolling technology.
