After entered the information age, the complexity and variety of the products are for beyond the expectation of human beings. Thus order of one single kind of product gradually reduced to mid low batch like couple of hundreds. Traditional flow line could only adapt to thousands or tens of thousands batch level, and they also need massive equipment investment at the beginning; rudimental single-piece process could hardly fetch the production rate. Hence, it is very important and meaningful to raise a new production way which can adapt the medium batch level, requesting low equipment investment for some certain companies.Aerospace products have unique properties like huge size, high precision requirement, difficult to automation, and small batch size. The purpose of this assay is to put cell manufacturing maturely into practice in assembly process in aerospace product like XX launch box, in order to reach the goal of improve production ability significantly by changing ways of producing, worker dispatch, without adding any huge equipment. In this assay, it first discussed and concluded the related research results of cell manufacturing, and compared with traditional process and assembly line process at the same time, discovering the advantage and disadvantage of cell manufacturing. Then it formulated a unique flow which enabled the company put cell manufacturing into action according to cases of other companies in other fields. Finally, constantly adjust the process way, rhythm, workers' allocation, reached the goal of continuous improvement eliminated the reality that workers using primary processing ways and working overtime in order to accomplish orders in time.
